VičMUN 2025
On 17th and 18th of October 2025, we hosted our annual VičMUN conference. This is our school’s Model United Nations event and we are always delighted to host students from around Slovenia and our neighbouring nations.
The opening ceremony was held at Ljubljana City Hall, where our delegates heard a speech from Marjan Šiftar, a lawyer, a diplomat, the Chief of Staff to Milan Kučan (the former President of Slovenia), and the former Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to the Republic of North Macedonia.
After this interesting introduction, the delegates headed back to our school, where fruitful debates, dramatic speeches, and the writing of many resolutions began.
We would like to thank all the members of the organising team, the photographers, the school staff, the committee chairs, and our mentor, Nina Kremžar, for making this event possible.
Of course, we would also like to extend our thanks to all the delegates who attended for researching, debating, and being prepared to learn more. We could not have asked for a better conference.
